Brand

I feel like he needs some sort of update (not visual). He is fairly slow, his spells are slow. His range is good but again the travel time on his spells hurts him badly making his actual effective range somewhere around his current E range (probably a little further than it). Any suggestions for changes? My suggestion would be to swap the range on his ultimate and his E. (or something along those lines because that would simply make him over powered with a a very long range targeted ability like that)
