Gragas needs some love

After being hit hard by nerf hammer since the end of S3(deserved because he was too OP at the time), after having received a gameplay update that changed his playstyle to make it more coherent with his lore and visual identity(thing that has been much discussed, but in the end understendable), after being hit again by nerf hammer in the subsequent patches(some of the nerfs deserved, other undeserved), Gragas is now in a pretty bad spot He is not really viable to pick in any position at the moment because his kit is underpowered and countered by most of meta champs at a certain position Imho, his Q needs a slight buff range(50-100 range), as his Q is unreliable as source of damage, and he is also actually outranged by most of the meta pick on mid lane and support role so he needs to get more range on it to be able to catch people off guard since it's easily dodgeable; and his ulit need slightly more base damage and slightly more knockback range(50 range) to be used as a weapon that can really disrupt enemy positions in a fight(as it doesn't anymore enough power to be used as a tool to kill people) What kind of buffs would make him viable again in your opinion?
