east coast is garbage

who ever is in charge of managing servers, the store and client is garbage. I lost promo games because of riot servers. I randomly spike to 500ping and stay at 500 for a couple minutes then return to 84. Another is the store always has errors making me close the client and relog almsot every time i want to buy something in the store. Lastly the client is garbage. during champ select when someone dodges champion portraits would be stuck on my screen not allowing me to click where it is. i would have to close the client. screw you riot im pissed
