in game lag sense patch

Anyone else having issues sense the patch came in? I for kicks did a repair and still lag. Fps is normal and ms is normal but champion won't move or does and ends up across the map. Also seen a xin walk through a wall. Asked others in game and they also experience similar problems and that has led to more dc. As much as riot wants to say it's on your end, try that again. This hasn't started until this patch to your update. Nothing new for riot. I have been checking the forum and starting to see others having issues. So what's the problem now?
