But as a mage my mana pool is slowly dwindling down to nothing? Then when I recall because no mana he takes 3/4 the tower because AD btw.

I do recall the patch notes saying something to the effect of "Mages spam the shit out of their shit too much, messing with their mana gives them less spam" talon has low mana costs at the expense of high cool downs 8second base q 9 second w 2 sec(160 on used walls)e and 100sec r at base levels. just like for a champion like ryze 6 sec q and 3.5 sec e with high mana costs
