Kassadin needs some changes and give him a new skin

Seriously, his kit is very basic and he has no control over his E (maybe make his Q a skillshot to introduce more counterplay? ). Also, what's up with that MR per level? It's like having no passive. Also, his damage is lower than other assassins and takes forever to scale when the games are decided in minute 10-15 and closed in minute 20-25 (or I play only vs tryhards... because it's rare to play 40minutes game - I miss season 4-5...).

His laning is also the weakest in the game. If you don't like him countering AP mages, change the passive.

And add a new skin.

His passive gives him 15% magic damage reduction. Also he's a monster once he gets to 3 items. His laning got gutted since electrocute nerfs but oh well.

having a low skill floor doesn't mean he has a low skill ceiling. he might be mechanically easy, yes. but its way beyond that.

also, he has control over his E. its gonna be up very often in teamfights in addition to that, complaining about stuff being uncontrollable? check out gnar's transform and kled's w.

and his passive gives him a pretty good % of magic resist. that's why his MR per level low

the part where you say his damage is too low, he is supposed to be like that. he isn't supposed to kill enemies in 1 rotation. he is more of a poke assassin instead of a burst assassin. go in and out

he scales pretty good once you get 2 items and up.
