Lucian needs help

Go on any league statistics website, and it'll tell you the same thing. That Lucian has the worst winrate among all adc's at all levels of play, and has one of the worst overall performance and role positions at the platinum+ level at rank 16/18.

My worst fear is that simply because he has one of the highest play rates among adc's, currently at #5, people don't realize that he is in a bad spot. But, if you look at the 4 adc's (graves, cait, jinx, and vayne) who have a higher play rate than lucian, all of them except graves have a winrate above 50% (and even then graves has a 49.6% win rate), and have overall position that is top tier. So please, **give Lucian some much needed love. **
