flips a coin Heads or tails?

Unbeknownst to you:

Heads- you get a tilted player, an intentional feeder, or overall bad player undeserving of the rank they're at. Tails - the enemy team got the tilted player, intentional feeder, or hyper-carried scrublord.

Train hard, young summoners. May RNG be forever in your favor.

...lands on the side.

Both teams get tilted players, int feeders, and overall bad players undeserving of their rank.

People were so worried about premades that they forgot that this community is generally akin to a bucket of crabs.

Even if you COULD climb out, you got a bunch of dudes that are supposed to be your allies that are pulling you down intentionally.

It physically hurts because of how true this is.

It's really fucking sad that matchmaking is so god awful that all our efforts purely comes down to a coin toss. Which means we have absolutely no effect on the outcome of our games whatsoever with at MOST 6% exception to that rule. Unintended consequence or RIOT's failure of conceiving a grand design for it... the player base may never know.

You forgot the AFKers

Hate the people that say you can carry everygame, and that every loss is your fault.

It's not never your fault, sometimes it can be, but most of the time, it isn't. And you'll often beat yourself up thinking that for no reason.

It's a team game, you can't influence your teammates. You can't usually fix incompetence within the span of a game. One person falls, and they will burden the rest of the team.

theory: you should get less bad players because you get 4 random teammates while enemies get 5 random teammates

in practice: well.....surr 20 again

Um what? First of all, assuming you are not the troll, that leaves only 4 spots for that "tilted player, an intentional feeder..." on your team and 5 on the enemy team, meaning that you should be winning 5/9 games by your own logic.

My earliest gameplay of League was in season 5, so I have no idea, but apparently in earlier seasons you could 1v5 carry as Lee Sin or Jax etc.

yup i tried my best to stay positive in ranked and let my team know there is (almost) always a chance but still some biatches decide to stay afk and cry the whole game in fountain so pathetic

1 player isn't bad enough to lose every game, 2-4 gets to the point where you really need to hard carry if you are going to win though.

MunchCrunchLunch12/23/2016, 11:59:05 AM1 votes

that is the biggest factor to winning games. either that or your leagues above the rest of the people in your game and you can hard carry. which is kind of lame and stupid ideally you learn and climb over time but thats unrealistic for most people.
