Ok so these champions get a buff/rework but can Aatrox get a buff/rework also? @Meddler

*A person created a thread mentioning that Aatrox needs a proper buff/rework towards his ult where instead of making him a steroid overlord, his ult causes an AoE Fear upon activation. *

I want this to happen already because that AoE Fear idea fits Aatrox PERFECTLY.
