Anyone remember minion demoralizer?

So i played a game yesterday and a morgana had a minion demoralizer and ive played near 200 games in the pre season (ranked) and thats the first time ive ever seen that before. >:O [sg-ahri-3]

If you don't connect right away in game it can sometimes bypass the crazy amount of time it takes to have it be useful so you can use it level 1.. Which can be kinda cool in a bot lane if you and ur support can just push waves insanely.

I take it sometimes. Kinda like it.

Also, would love a minion demoralizer rune - make minion types 4% more timid and frightful on first use. Each additional use on the same minion type grants an additional 1% demoralization.

It can work effectively to catch people off-guard (cast skill-shot whilst killing the minion in the way).

But the effect is limited and the mid-late benefit is weak (I can kill certain types of minions better, wow). Can only see Zilean benefiting from this rune as it guarantees him 100% wave-clear from a double bomb.
