I'm getting worse at the game?

Ever since I went on an almost 20 game win streak, I feel like I've been doing progressively worse in my games. I could end a game with 0 to 3 deaths at least, win or lose. But now, I'm inting games pretty hard and I'm one of the biggest reasons we lose lane. That, or I misplay a lot and get carried by my ADC.

The only thing I've seen improvement on in is that I can take flame now with ease, compared to how I was before where I would start getting anxious.

I know I should start adjusting how I play to fit the skill levels of these people, but I don't know what I'm doing incorrectly anymore and the game just becomes less and less fun.

you probably need to try out more characters. not necessarily to change your main, but to get an understanding of how the other characters also work. and try different item combinations and rune paths. learn how they work so you can abuse them.
