How to fight blitz and naut?

These are the two hook champs I have issues fighting. I can fight pyke and thresh pretty easy, especially as my neeko supp. But that's most likely because I have time to react. With naut and blitz, I know there's a small window to move but I'm so slow when it comes to them and I have no idea why.

And, in my elo, they play SO predictable. They walk around the minion wave to land a hook and stand there. I literally don't know what to do when they do for some reason. I don't want to keep walking straight cuz then they'll just hook me so I usually move backwards but then I'm sandwiched and Insta die. Well, that's mainly with naut. Blitz has been my perma ban ever since I started playing draft, and the times I didn't ban him were disastrous.

My adc and I just stay under tower until a gank comes around then we fight them, but that's so boring to play for 15 minutes. I want to be able to have lane pushed up and actually do something. But how do I do that without i inting?

When Blitzcrank misses a hook, you just immediately all-in the ADC or him if he's really out of position. Blitzcrank is close to a minion without his hook. Even with it, he's not particularly good at protecting his squishy ADC, so stuff like Leona can just kill them for free.

Morgana also makes Blitzcrank useless until 6, when he'll still be crippled unless you fed him somehow. Black shield makes him unable to do anything because the hook is easy to shield.

Even if you can't all-in him or the ADC, they completely lose all lane priority for 13 seconds when he doesn't have hook because he's garbage. You really just have to dodge the hook and stay in minions when you poke his vulnerable ADC while he sits in the bush.

Nautilus is similar, just less useless. He counters enchanters, and is always a threat to mage supports if they mess up. You mostly just have to pick a tank if you aren't confident. Alistar, Braum, and Thresh make his engages pretty worthless.
