What is the best way to get these?

I'm afraid this thread was posted in the wrong section, so I went ahead and locked it. The gameplay sub-board is specifically for discussions about the gameplay of LoL, not for questions about other elements like crafting. If you require help with how keys work, then the best place to post this would be in Help & Support. If you just would like to have a discussion about keys or hextech crafting in general, than a post in miscellaneous would be better.

P.S. Keys drop through the honor system now. Here is a link to the Riot's FAQ about the updated honor system.
