With nerfs to Sudden Impact and Celerity incoming, can we look at buffing Hecarim?

With the damage rune nerfs coming in 8.16, any chance we can get any compensation buffs for Hecarim ? Some ideas:

Increasing W Spirit of Dread healing cap at all ranks 90/120/150/180/210 -> 120/150/180/210/240 Reduce W Spirit of Dread cooldown 22/21/20/19/18 -> 20/19/18/17/16 Increase W Spirit of Dread radius 575 -> 600 Decrease R Onslaught of Shadows cooldown 140/120/100 -> 120/100/80 Increase R Onslaught of Shadows base damage 150/250/350 -> 150/300/450 Allow R Onslaught of Shadows to scale on Bonus AD ratio 150/250/350 (+ 100% AP) -> 100/200/300 (+ 70% AD)

Edit: I should mention that Hecarim, even with the current power of damage runs, is still struggling quite a bit.

Below diamond and there in the right hands he is viable enough.

nah

his gameplay is not healthy. his entire gimmick is abusing his E to repeatedly oneshot one person on the backline.

Its like a Rengar but you actually see him coming and are still powerless to do anything (unless you picked a Carry with extremely hard CC like Ashe R/Varus R.

Dont buff the horsey unless you are willing to

  1. move his power off E/ Passive and around to other parts of his kit (like Q or W)
  2. have gameplay update in the works.
  3. Change E to a % max HP damage ability so it becomes impossible to one-shot with it but Hecarim still remains a viable bruiser

having predator Duskblade Hecarim smash into your face dealing 1000000 damage is zero sum fun and it gets old really quick.
