Riot is running out of ideas

Stuff like this is the alternative to the 1ip icons they otherwise used to do, it's not really supposed to be anything challenging here.

Also, halloween. People get dressed up.

Riot: "Hmm, let's make some challenging quests that are harder to complete, like doing Invasion without certain classes"

Community: "RIOT WTF? These quests are impossible! Whoever thought of it should be fired!"

Riot: "Ok, this time, we'll just make a nice, simple quest: see 30 skins in games, and you can get up to 10 a game. Literally everyone can do that."

And then this post happens.
