Cassiopeia upcoming updates?

Now that the holidays and new year have passed. When does Cassiopeia is going to receive a new update? She's still in a roller coaster/russian roulette state with doped stats. We all know it.

Im sure i just not talking only about myself when i say: the passive is broken, the E is overloaded, the cooldown on the R is too low. She's no longer high skill cap due to the overpower. Overall.

So, what's gonna happen? where is this rework heading? still with the hyper-carry idea? She's still not built around the hyper-carry-patterns. She just 'toss high doped numbers' late game. That's not a healthy rework and we all know it.

Also, to state: im not here to talk bossy or anything. Just displaying the facts. Saying it as it is supposed to be said. And pointing as (as a player) i am supposed to point out cause: thats my dearest champion you got there Rito. Try to handle her carefully please, its a girl, be gentle and just don't destroy her. I fond a care for those graceful graphics and lore and gimmick lines she used to be complemented with.

I just want to play her again as i used to. that's all. that's really all.
