Conqueror was a rune that for 2 years made blind picking tanks trolling and felt very unfair for the champions that stacked it almost instantly. I have no positive feelings towards Conqueror, and I'm a top lane bruiser main that used it heavily. New Conqueror is basically just Fervor with healing, and feels a lot more fair to use. Basically I am fine with throwing Conqueror into the trash can.
I mean if anything "Fervor of Battle with benefits" would be a fitting title lmao

Dissagree. Klepto made first picking tanks trolling. Mages made first picking tanks trolling. Champs like Vayne and Fiora made first picking tanks trolling. Stop beliving that 8 % true damage made tanks troll picks.
Make it a melee only keystone too.
Picking Tanks has never been trolling.
