Mouse Button Alt Tab glitch is back

Has anyone else been getting the glitch where mouse buttons 4 and/or 5 is making them alt tab once or twice a game? It's the same glitch that was occurring at the end of last year and I remember they fixed it but it seems that it is back. It makes it very hard to play since I find attack move to it and I'm scared to play ranked games if I can lose a lane over a glitch.
