Riot's got you

Riot has access to numbers (All of them.) Riot knows who is unplayed, who is OP, and who is just flat out old. I don't know which one it is, but I guarantee that there is a team that looks at these numbers on at least a weekly basis to determine the game state. If you make a post about something that bothers you, and a Rioter doesn't respond, it isn't that they don't care, it's that they have addressed it previously or don't believe your rant is worth addressing. But can you blame them? We outnumber them... by a lot.

Chances are that if they don't make small changes to a champion here and there, its because they understand the problem is much deeper than that, but you can't just go doing reworks all willy nilly. So be patient, Riot can't rework everything at once, but I am fairly certain they already know what you are trying to say. I can imagine that inventive ideas are welcome, but rants about how a champ is underplayed or not viable, or an item is too good are already pretty know.

This is true. I don't know about the part with a specific team who analyzes the numbers. But yeah...we know that they know the game is unbalanced.

That's blatantly false.

You mean in the sense that Riot refuses to rework these champions? Or in the sense that they haven't gotten around to it yet? (Looking at rework schedule.)
