She kept her strenghts while most of the other dominant marksman got bunch of nerfs. But still she is fine. Duskblade on the other hand is worth a complain. But this will change on preseason 7 anyways.

Well, she has had a win rate close to 55% in plat+ for a long time, along with a high play rate. That's easily the highest win rate among ADCs. She is also the type of champ that is even more overbearing at lower ELO than at high, which is pretty bad considering that win rate.

54%. Which is declining. And there's more to the world than NA. On Korea, she is 50%. You're also not mentioning that other marksman got nerfed which pushes them down and raises others up. There's a lot more to the game than the first winrate you see.

I don't think that's how bullets work. It hurts no matter how far away you are.

LOL neither her guns nor her bullets were designed for realism.

your kidding yourself if you believe that bullets don't lose lethality the further they travel.

and she aint using standard 9mm either,

it's game and a mechanic, things can change.

The thing about these boards is that they are filled with opinions and bias. People saying "oh you're wrong cuz I think you're wrong.....because I'm right, because I'm right, because im right!"

But you can't argue that she doesn't currently-on-this-patch have the highest solo que win rate of any marksman. In Fact she has the second highest win rate** in the game **for platinum and higher. Her second half of Double up can legitimately chunk you for half your health bar early-mind game and her ult can 100-0 an entire team in the late game, ignoring so much of their armor with black cleaver. She has a solid attack speed steroid even if shes not ulting as well. which makes her have useful tools and power through out every stage in the game.

Arguing that she has no blink or dash makes her "not all that strong" is like saying jhin isn't all that strong right now.

So damn tired of people calling her OP and without giving why they think she is OP... Karthus has a global ultimate that hits everyone but you don't see people complain about that. Nasas and Viegar have a limitless Q but you don't see them being complained about on the forums. But god forbid Miss Fortune was used once as a support in Worlds now everyone in a normal draft has to try it and fail each and every damn time. Lets not forgot about also if you stand in her ultimate like a jackass with no MR or Armor and wonder why you got deleted.

Her winrate is gigantic simply because the whole damn season everyone only played Cait, Jhin , Luc or Ezreal. Now that people finally see how strong her ult was, everyone wants to play her. Same with every other champion, Hell even Urgot has been sneaking his way up the ladder and people said he was the most useless champ in game until people saw how evil his E did on people.

When people said Urgot was bad? He is just unpopular and badly designed. Heck I play him a lot myself. Saying "everyone played only cait,Jhin,nig and ezreal" is like saying everyone played only Zed,Yasuo,Leblanc and Kha'zix. She's been at the top because of how broken her ultimate is.
