Crit items rework idea

I came with this concept while reading Riot's exploration post. Figured I'd post it here and let you guys confirm if I'm insane.

Theme 1: Lower the influence of RNG on Marksmen damage output. Theme 2: Diversify Marksman build paths based on the current flow of the game.

Changes: System values: Critical strike damage lowered from 200% to 150%. Zeal: Critical strike chance increased from 15% to 25%. Zeal upgrades: Critical strike chance increased from 30% to 50%. Stormrazor: Build path: BFS (1300g) + 800g == 2100g -30 AD -Doubles the champion's Critical strike chance Infinity Edge: Build path: Stormrazor (2100g) + BFS (1300g) + 200g = 3600g -60 AD -Doubles the champion's Critical strike chance -Increases champion's Critical strike damage from 150% to 200%.

Reasoning: Less RNG: -A player can start going into the Crit path with BFS and two daggers, worth 1900g. At this point, their damage is linear and easy to calculate. -By investing additional 3000g they end up with a 2800g Zeal upgrade and 2100g Stormrazor, and once again their damage is unaffected by RNG. -The time they need 3000g is a Crit users 'weak point', to trade off their scaling, and should be about equal to an AP users going RoA + Seraph. More build options: -Like it or not, a 4 item Assassin is supposed to one-shot a target with no resistances or defensive tools. -With these changes, Crit users can go into resistances as fast as he completes two items. -Additionally tanky teams can be dealt with using Last Whisper upgrades, and poke teams can be answered with lifesteal. -Finally, other teammates can play carries themselves, as a Shiv + IE + GA + Mortal + Mercurial + boots carry is perfectly capable of surviving a fight themselves, and does not need babysitting.

So, what do you guys think?
