Akali Re-Work (Ideas Inside)

I was thinking about a way to make Akali work in this new world of favouring skill-shots over click to hit. Make her Q a skill-shot and apply Mark of Assassin, which will now allow you to use your ult on the target. Kinda like Diana, except Akali can only use her ultimate if the target is marked. Maybe make her E also apply Mark of the Assassin so that spell becomes a little more useful to her kit. Perhaps when she uses her ultimate on the marked target, it consumes the mark not allowing her to ult again unless she applies another mark. She can apply up to 3 marks on each champion that last 6 seconds (Applying a mark will refresh the overall 'shared' timer). Also, take the 'Essence of Shadow' charges off her ultimate. She can basically use her ultimate freely, as long as an enemy is marked, consuming them in the process.

Passive: Twin Disciples (Unchanged) DISCIPLINE OF FORCE: Akali's basic attacks deal 6% (+1% per 6 AP) of her attack damage as bonus magic damage. DISCIPLINE OF MIGHT: Akali has a natural 6% (+1% per 6 bonus AD) spell vamp.

Q: Mark of the Assasin ACTIVE: Akali throws her kama in a line, dealing magic damage and marking the first enemy hit for 6 seconds. Basic attacks against the marked enemy do bonus magic damage and return energy back to Akali. This ability resets on kill or assist. (Instead of detonating the marks, it just basically applies a de-buff that gives your auto's bonus magic damage. Your ultimate is what will consume the marks)

W: Twilight Shroud (Unchanged) ACTIVE: Akali throws down a smoke cover, which covers a 400-radius area for 8 seconds. While within this cover, Akali becomes stealthed and briefly gains bonus movement speed, which refreshes each time she re-enters stealth. If she uses a basic attack or an ability while stealthed, she will briefly reveal herself for 0.65 seconds. The Twilight Shroud also provides vision, and slows enemies who enter or remain within it.

E: Crescent Slash ACTIVE: Akali flourishes her kamas, dealing physical damage to nearby enemies and apply Mark of the Assassin to all enemies hit. (Cooldown is doubled from current Akali)

R: Shadow Dance PASSIVE: Mark of the Assassin can now be applied up to 3 times on enemy champions. Using Shadow Dance will consume 1 charge of Mark of the Assassin. ACTIVE: Akali moves through the shadows to quickly dash to and strike the targeted enemy, dealing magic damage and consuming a charge of Mark of the Assassin. Shadow Dance can only be used on marked enemies. (The damage will be increased because you're consuming the marks - 'detonating' them like with current Akali)

Alright, here's the scenerio - Akali sees a group of people she throws her Q at someone and lands it. She ults into the group and presses 'E' to apply marks to everyone. She then dashes around the group consuming marks, she applies her shroud and hides in it, waiting for her Q to come off cooldown to finish one of them. (E's cooldown has been increased from it's normal CD, so she won't have time to really wait around for that.) She shoots a Q, it lands and she ults finishing that champion off. Q has been reset, as part of a new kill/assist reset the ability now has. Now it's up to her to see if she can duel this out any longer before she dies in this epic battle. (I've always loved the idea of an assassin jumping around to damage multiple targets and she fits the idea well)

I just want her to have a more interesting play-style, so something like jumping around consuming marks on multiple champions instead of focusing on one could be 'fun'. She has to land her Q (or go in melee with her W) to even use her ultimate, so I feel it could be a much more interesting to play Akali. Because right now she's either super OP, or super UP in matches - this could even the stakes.
