Pre-Order Skins

It would be nice if you could pre-order skins because for some people it's really hard to see RP in your account and having to save it >.< Maybe pre-orders can be like 10% off skin price or something. Sounds silly, but I honestly wouldn't mind it - knowing I purchased the skin and I'll have it the moment it releases. Could also solve store crash problems when a new big skin comes out.

You want them to add a feature that is not needed and then give a discount........ WHAT!!!!!!!!!!!
