Just think about it the item is nothing but utility and tankiness outside of its barey noticable 40 dmg so why not push it further into that path and I know that everything has CDR at this point but this would be a great niche for it as a attackpseed item with CDR that does not force you to have AP to do dmg with it.
LadyRenly1 votesno thank you. enough stuff has cdr as it is. its a pure attack speed item, so you will want to attack things, I dont think cdr would really be a priority for an item like that. I'd settle for 45 damage on hit over 10% cdr tbh
no to toxic1 votesYeah but think about the champions wich build it. Kayle Teemo, KogMaw. While it may ot matter for KogMaw for Teemo and Kayle there is only 1 reason to buy this item over Nashors Tooth and that one is "DO I want to have my 1st item ealier then my enemy?"
