Report someone after the game ended

Ladrac··3 votes·480 views

So, today the server got some problems. First time I got locked in champion select room for like 3 minutes after the message "prepare for battle" and then, I couldnt get in post game room...so I couldnt report someone who was very very toxic and racist. Does anyone know how can I report him now?
