Bone Plating sounds really strong and I kinda like that. That sounds like it will help deal with bully matchups.

Here is my worry on bone plating just from reading it there.

If you are in a match-up where laners enjoy trading, you are gimping yourself not having this, especially if your lane opponent has it. I feel this will become the next rune that is sort of required to trade in lane.
Laners that just want to farm and be less interactive will take this to farm even easier as they receive less harass dmg.
This one is iffy as I am not sure what the (+1 one of your bonus health) means. Does this mean it scales with your bonus health? Whatever this means, it could make this thing over the top. Will have to wait and see on that part.

I mean it has a pretty long cd, it's awful against someone with easy access to poke.

These are great replacement for honestly forgettable runes. I seriously didn't know what Unflinching was, and had to look it up, and Celestial Body was utter mehhhhhhh.

Though, not sure if I like the fact that there's a new rune that flows that effectively with Kleptomancy...

I use Unflinching all the time when I play champs like Irelia. Being able to TP and not get CC locked right after is very nice when Baron/Dragon/or bot goon squad ganks happen.
