Summoner spells at low lvls...

Why dont we get all the summoner spells early? I have a lvl 6 account and I only get 5-6 spells, but Im playing against lvl 10's with all of the summoner spells... How in any world, mind, or time does that make sense? like wtf...

you must improve yourself beyond the advantage of having a spell.

Pro players will practice without using any runes against fully equipped players. You do not need every spell to win. Soon you, too, will be at the next level.
