Slight tweek to the kill count mechanic.

We all (should) know that your kill count does not represent how well you are doing. I can also guarantee we've all experienced that moment where someone, or even yourself, waited for a chance to secure/steal a kill. A simple solution to this is to change the mechanic for champion kills only. Almost everything stays the same, minion kills are still last hit, jungle creeps are still last hit, and buff transfers are still last hit. The only change would be who gets credit for the kill, and as a relation who gets the gold for the kill. Have the kill given to the person who dealt the most total damage to the enemy champion, and the assists are give to any who helped. This would more accurately show who is the bigger threat as the one with more damage, not the one who can click you last. What are your thoughts?

Great plan, now the support will killsteal the carry in lane just by poking a bit before the fight even starts.

If your support is dealing more damage then your ADC, your ADC is doing something wrong

Yes, like spending his time farming while the support spends his time poking the enemy instead.

I stated the only difference is it would calculate the most damage dealt, but all other mechanisms are the same. So a support should not be out damaging an ADC in a 10 second period. Which is the duration of the assist timer.
