@Leblanc players

I'd suggest going for Abyssal Scepter. It's very cost-efficient and it's a pretty snowbally item.

Magic Pen is a lovely stat tbh Pure magic pen rune page with armor/health rush an void staff let her base stats do the rest till late game with an Abyssal cepter/haunting guise.. jeez i had to q+r+w and the carry is dead

But seriously, I hope riot will give Leblanc a more magey kit.. (I wish her E+R chains could stack slow... though double root is also great)

Ya' know, LeBlanc is one of my favorite champions. I play her quite frequently and do well with her, and even when it was part of the game I very rarely got DFG. I don't consider it a necessity to any nukers (Except maybe veigar.) I learned to play well without it, so I probably won't be changing much. (:

gonna bump this for some helpful tips
