Revert Akali Sustain

I get that there were so many complaints about how much she healed. Though, with the healing removed from her Q, she can't even get through laning phase. Her W, in my opinion, is ok with not being seen by turrets. Just please, Riot, bring back the sustain. Even if it's only for a certain amount of time or a reduced amount healed. You're killing me. Yeah, yeah, all you other people that hate playing against Akali, I'm with you. But as an Akali main, I'm crying inside and out.

The best thing to do is to move as far away from the failed rework as possible. Give her strengths elsewhere but don't look back.

She wasn't S tier at all. She was at least B tier since the 8.24b nerfs.

Even a few months after the rework's release, she still had one of the lowest win rates of all the champions. Mid and top. But if you were to commit to learning her, then yeah she would be good. It wasn't until Sylas came on to live servers that she had a little bit of a better win rate.

I'll have to politely disagree with that. Not that she isn't F tier, she is, but with the claim that she was ever S tier. From release she started out with a 37% WR. 6 months later and shes barely clingling to a 45% WR mid in diamond+. Now shes back to a 38% WR mid in diamond + after the recent round of nerfs. She was never S tier. I mean, sure, there were individual players that could win a good amount of their games with her, but statistically speaking she was barely a C tier champ, even in her best state.

i say keep it nerfed but revert it into a scaling heal (taste of blood that triggers vs champion style) so it isnt absolutely pointless assuming your skipping gunblade. so im clear i feel the taking the heal from her is too far the only problem is that she can heal off of minions due to this unfair interaction but make it so its weaker yet vs champions allows her opponents either finish her or she bounces back.

I keep hearing they purposefully overnerfed her to slowly patch her back up based on her needs. Her q heal is prob gonna come back. IMO it was all just her stupid low cooldowns and that she could litterally 100-0 you under turret with little counterplay.

I saw someone run Grasp on her and do perfectly fine. So, time to trade you burst from Electrocute for that if you want early healing/sustain.

They wanted to move her away from being able to sustain in long fights and allow her to burst players down quicker. I don't think the heal is ever coming back and they are probably just going to increase her burst damage.
