Will AP miss fortune be worth it in season 6?

So, I've had a lot of fun playing AP MissFortune. When you build full AP her e does some really nice damage while slowing the, her q still does good damage with item 3100 and her ult gets pretty good too. With the marksman rework coming up Miss Fortune's getting some changes, but they're still pretty good on the AP end.

Well, the only thing that's really changed on the AP end for MissFortune is that bullet time now has more waves and indirectly it has a lot more AP scaling. From 1.6 AP in total to 2.4/2.8/3.2 AP. Basically, loooots of damage.

But the problem is a lot of AP items are getting their prices increased and it just so happens all three of MissFortune core AP items are getting their prices increased.

item 3100 Price increased to 3200 item 3285 Price increased to 3200 item 3089 Price increased to 3800

It seems a lot of the new AD items are cheaper, and the ones that aren't have a lot of components so you don't miss the stats too much while you're building them. Any thoughts on AP MissFortune?

I used to enjoy her too and don't get me wrong she's loads of fun if you can pull it off. However with the ad item changes in the near future, and considering how easy it is to cancel her ulti (making her basically useless as ap) Its lookin like this niche pick won't last. Also almost every aoe focused ap champ does her job but better.

When I play her my core items are Liandrys for loads of damage with ER. I haven't really tried building Lich on her. I'll have to do that. But yeah. Liandry's price is also going up.

AD Miss Fortune has always been stronger and will be significantly stronger now, but I don't see a reason to not play AP Miss Fortune for fun.

I rarely have ever played AP MF but seemingly if you build item 3151 item 3100 item 3089 item 3285 item 3020 item 3165 your E will do a ton of damage and your ult can hit hard too.
