I figured out what Gnar is...
1/3 Ahri, 1/3 fizz, 1/3 shyvanna . He's got Ahri's boomerang ball thing, Fizz's troll poll, and Shyvs dragon mode. Kinda redic.

Gnar's hop isn't Fizz's Troll Poll.
Gnar's hop operates on the same basic principle as Quinn's Vault, Tristana's Rocket Jump, Corki's Valkyrie, Shyvana's Dragon Form.
He mostly just moves over the ground quickly, but still collides with any projectiles and can still be targeted and hit with single-target damage abilities and auto-attacks. It's annoying when he escapes with it, but he can also kill himself by hopping over a Zigg's minefiled, because he'll still detonate every mine he 'jumps' over. Watching a Corki or Tristana do that is quite amusing as well. Watching Shyvana do that mostly just adds more fire.
Gnar's troll poll is dumb. For a squishy champion that's supposed to play defensively it's a get out-of-jail card on an already highly mobile kit.
you forgot Master yi (high mobility), Vayne: repulse and stun but aoe lol !
