Draft Mode works against casual solo players

Bring back teambuilder. I tried to play a quick game before work the other day, but I spent 20 minutes in multiple drafts because of afkers and leavers, then I ran out of time and had to leave.

I feel like the draft mode works against casual solo players. Teambuilder was great for us.

Please riot. I've been playing since season 2 and am getting turned off to league. :(
