Sitting for 10+ minutes in draft does not make for a good player experience

I'm currently at 15:30 in the draft screen waiting for mid / bot as my choices.

I am a casual solo player and I feel like Riot has slid backward with the past few patches. Instead of improving on what works, they took away team builder and now players like myself are essentially being punished if we don't have a premade.

All I am saying is that I never waited this long in team builder and I feel like Riot did us a disservice by taking it away.
