akalis q and ult scale with ap and not ad so i would build her ap also i think her e use to apply the mark of her q but they nerfed her and now it doesnt and i see what you mean that if you go ad youll have more sustain damage but you need to have burst cause your super squishy maybe if you built her a little tanky like how you build fizz but she doesnt have high base damages for late game so you rlly couldn't build like that and be much use
