Congratulations riot! You made the perfect troll champion!! Bad I mean bard can portal the enemy team to your team so they can kill faster, and his ult can freeze his team stopping them from getting kills! Wow, what's left...perfect troll right there! What you need to do is pull your head out you *** and fix him. Make the shrines heal his team and damage the enemy, portals port his team and stun the enemy if they try to go through, freeze ult only freezes enemy's... It's not like it even dose damage. Take one of 2 routes... Either leave his health where it's at and make his q damage and range equal to say sona or beef him up... ALot!! His q is a skill shot and the range is very gimped compared to say Nid and other skill shot champs... What were you thinking!?!

In a month or two people will be complaining about how strong Bard is (because people will finally know how to play him/play alongside him), and a month or two after that no one will care (because people will finally know how to play against him). Then everyone returns to the Lee Sin/Zed QQ and all is well with the world, at least until the next new champion.
