Playing with non-premades

Why is it that playing with pre-mades gives them more power when they all report you. Especially if they can get the other team to help. I just got banned until the 4th. Have you ever been with a team that was mostly Korean or something. and if you don't listen to that premade they all report you for disrespect. Not any of the guidelines. My last game. 3 out of the 4 other people I was with in my match had reportable names. RIot needs to fix this issue of pre-mades reporting the solo player. This needs to be addressed ; ESPECIALLY if Riot is going to introduce this concept of finding your own META!!!!
