Okay, so I look around online all the time for fun, cool, and potentially devastating team comps me and some friends can put together. Unfortunately, most of the time I only see a team comp name and the champs in it; this doesn't explain much to me. I can understand the gist of what each champions role is, but I never see any details.

What are some good team comps, and good strategies to go along with them?

[Edit] For clarification, this is currently just for fun and not intended to be anything that is taken to high tier play.

But basically I'm wondering what some team comps and strategies you've come up with are, and what was your reasoning behind them?

You need to understand the basics of team comps first before you try to pull together high level crap. A truly coordinated team needs to have the following planned out at bare minimum:

Poke vs hard engage team Early vs Late Game team Which 2 characters are gonna make up your damage?

From there you can then try some more advance stuff like the Lulu mids the combination of morganna's black shield and Kayle's ulti and speed boost on a yi, or the malphite/Tristana ulti into a yasuo combo.

You doing this for fun or for competitive reasons? If it's for fun, then my advice (which as an unranked scrub, isn't much) is look at the favorite champions of you and your friends and then think of ways to synergize.
