[Runes Reforged]: Summoner Spells & Electrocute/Phase Rush

Earlier this week, I decided to play something different from what I normally play (Usually play support, occasionally AP Mids) and I played Wukong as an AD Assassin in the Mid Lane.

Runes Setup- Primary: Electrocute/Sudden Impact/Eyeball Collector/Relentless Hunter Secondary: Nullifying Orb/Transcendence

While I played, I started to notice something with my Keystone I haven't noticed before. If I were to say AA --> [Q: Crushing Blow] the opponent & use an Ignite, it would Proc the Electrocute Keystone. Previously, I believed Electrocute could only be proc'd by Abilities & Auto Attacks. I eventually went into the Practice tool with Shaco & Fiddled around with Electrocute & Phase Rush. Turns out, Phase Rush & Electrocute can both be activated by the use of: & Active Items such as (which I'm aware was a thing with Thunderlords Decree & Stormraider's Surge). Could come in handy when playing something like an Assassin or High Damage/Burst Carry.
