Lets talk Fiora

As much as I love the rework, I feel they waaaay undershot on her numbers. Her q damage got gutted, even with the 60% cdr on hit, w is still magic damage, and e's over all damage is also gutted. While her ult is nice and flashing number wise, you usually die before you can hit all 4 if there's more than 1 person there.

As much as i want a healthy fiora out there, the current one just doesn't seem to be it
