Minions stats

The wiki is incomplete. I thought at one point in time minions had armor and their armor scaled based on game time. Then it was taken out or something. Anyone know what the accurate info is on this?

Do jungle monsters gain armor/mr per respawn as well or not?

Minion stats were adjusted in patch 4.20.

MINIONS: Minion defensive stats have been adjusted:

Minions no longer gain armor or magic resistance over time
Cannon minions no longer have base armor
All minion health gain over time has been increased to be roughly as durable as when they had resistances
