Can we nerf tristana's explosive shot?

Before the nerf, i thought that damn skill was just absolutely overpowered considering the debuff it gave, now its just as bad, does like 30% more damage, and she doesnt even need to build AP for it to chunk a level 1 adc to 1/3rd health. She already doesn't need that op passive that increases her range, now its her freaking bomb. For one, she's too safe as a champion, an escape and disengage. She also doesn't need a lee sin HIKUUUUUU to complete her kit. Please dumb down that damage on her E, its bad enough you re-kitted her, but now shes even worse than before.
