Report Notifications!

I think a big step to resolve malicious player behavior is to let them know when they are being reported. As far as I've researched, you only get notified of a Report when you have accumulated a certain amount previously. In my opinion that is useless because they've already affected/hurt so many games at that point. The player should be notified immediately to prevent any future breaks of the "Summoner's Code" and hopefully promote better game-play in League.

I know Riot has been cracking down on AFK/Leaving players with their LeaveBuster system, but this seems like another awesome fix they could quickly implement into the game. As far as LeaveBuster, I really appreciate the work they've put into it, but there's always more that can be done.

So who agrees with me that when you report someone they should receive an instant notification of it and what they did?

NOTE: I think this notification should only come if 2 (maybe 3 to stop "angry duo quers") or more people reported that person in the game. This would prevent the innocent people who are simply being reported out of rage from being offended by a false notification.
