Charging Q Skills Bugged

This has happened twice now, both on Vi, in team-fights.

Description: -Upon charging Q to full, when bar reaches max, charge bar disappears and you are unable to release the ability (to use/activate it). -It forces you to wait in that charged state until the skill times out

It seems like there are threads on the PBE forums with a similar issue happening (only with Varus). A **Xerath **in my game also reported the same thing happening to him with his Q, but he stated that if you spam it, it will release (have not been able to test, yet).

Vi is my main and I'm scared to play her at the moment for this issue. Send help, Rito! <3
