Plz give some love to Aatrox

Can you plz help Aatrox out. His passive when taken down he loses all attack speed and he is easily killed once he comes back because he lost all of hes AS. His base stats arn't all that good compared to other champs. Hes scaling is not good. He's way too reliant on snowballing and even when ahead of he's lane opponent he can be killed quit easily if the opponent has some skills. When aatrox fall's a little behind it's a lot harder to come back compered to other champs. If anyone has good ideas plz share it and let riot know that there are people who play aatrox so that they have a reason to buff him. (The so called buff he got that he gets 20% of blood well per hit when he has he's ult on. Isn't that useful or has a that big of an impact that it wold chance the outcome of a fight). And i know that the meta isn't that suited for him right now.
