Add a stat to post game screen that shows total time dead!

I love getting metrics about my self so I can focus on improving. I was wanting to know how much time I spend dead on a per match basis. This is hard to track manually as death times change based on time in game. It would be interesting to see this stat, I would imagine this is easily tracked by Riot. It may already be tracked and just isn't displayed
