Nerf Banor of Command Please For The Love Of God
Why would you buff an item this much. 70% damage reduction? If you build this item first you get to spawn the equivalence of a super minion 10 minutes into the game its ridiculous.

They changed banner of command so mid lane picks such as Karma and Lulu couldn't abuse it vs other AP mid lane picks. I don't see why they would change it again considering tank top laners will probably still build it, maybe even some supports, which was the case before Karma and Lulu mid became a thing.
Its way to hard to kill like I said reduce the percentage on it or something its like trying to kill a super minion at 10 minutes into the game.
