Why is this champion so incredibly weak? With one heal spell, you can pretty much ignore his ult. He can't out-drain anyone. His CC is weak. His ability to farm in lane is near zero. All his damage requires him to be standing still.
Every time I see this champion played by anyone he ends up feeding and being a huge burden to his team.
hes being reworked in like 5-8 months my guy...

If he's behind, maybe. If not, no, his ult pretty much oneshots.
His CC is weak.
No. He has literally the strongest cc in the game on a basic ability(an instant point and click fear, which is even stronger than lulu's polymorph because that has a travel time).
He has EXTREMELY good CC in both a point and click fear (which shuts down anything, but especially any speed based champs) and his silence that can hit SIX targets. He did at one point have the absolute HIGHEST possible DPS in the game, but i'm sure another champ tops him now (maybe Cass, but you have to be stupid good with her). He's not bad by any means lol. He never has to leave the JG, never has to leave lane, and he's oppressive as fuck on top of being a jumpscare machine when the mf ults out of a bush.
He's not supposed to farm in any lane. He's used as a support or jungle. His ult is very strong and potentially teamwide, a 2.25 second point-and-click fear on an 11 second cooldown is one of the best ingame.
But he's planned for a rework anyhow so it's whatever.
