How do you guys have your runes setup?

I just have rune pages for AD/AP and a few misc. others. I want to get more organized for games and want to know some of your ideas

If you're looking for some options for ADC runes, check out my runes: http://www.lolking.net/summoner/na/36344628#runes-and-masteries

I calculate out the gold value/the power of the runes at various times that I want stats. Example being stuff like scaling ap vs scaling cdr vs scaling mr glyphs, I want different things on different champions due to power curves.

Leblanc 6cdr/lvl 3 ap/lvl hard choice though as 9 scaling ap makes q one shot back line minions ~lvl 5ish.

Gangplank scaling mr I want defensive stats to scale into a carry (mana regen also works its way in here for early sustain)

Ahem... if ur gonna optimize ur playstyle with a particular champ vs another champ using a particular strategy, you gotta have a setup for that strategy.

If ur gonna play a top laner whos gonna take forever to scale, maybe you want hp regen quints. If ur going against darius with a certain champ maybe u want ms quints and scaling armor seals or armor quints and scaling hp seals... If you're going to play against ryze top you gotta have a setup where u have hp seals and magic resist glyphs.

So... pretty much u just want to be able to give yourself the best flexibility possible using your runes. You dont know if your opponent will be ad or ap or if they're gonna counter the shit out of you and you'll need a purely defensive rune set or if you counter them and you want an aggressive rune setup. You just don't know until champ select is over.

I would get like 6-10 different rune pages depending on how many roles/champs u main and go over what the different scenarios would be that you would want certain shit from your runes with. This way when you see pantheon is your lane opponent, you can pick runes to help you optimize your laning performance against a pantheon.

Hope this helps.

It depends on what kind of champions you play and how many rune pages you want to devote to a small group. I pretty much have 1 generic adc page, 1 generic ap mid page, 1 generic tank support page, and then the rest are different variations of AD, armor pen, or attack speed based set ups for the various top laners and junglers I play most often and one for my main champion that has a rune set up that doesn't work well with any other champion I use
