New Launcher is broken and yet I get punished for it.

Stupid new launcher consistently freezing and bugging up during match making ESPECIALLY during bans. My computer is a beast and internet is over 150MB/S if this does not get resolved I'm no longer playing, I've tried using the older client but it stops working right after launching.
